RERA has outlined general payment plans for under-construction projects. The full township payment plan will include the steps listed below.

• 10% of the total price, along with GST, must be paid as the initial booking amount to reserve any desired plot.
• 10% of the total plot cost should be paid during the registration process.
• 15% of the total amount is to be paid within 1 month from the booking date.
• 15% of the total amount must be paid when road construction begins.
• 20% of the total cost is due when the boundary wall construction starts.
• 20% of the total payment should be made when the site levelling work begins.
• The remaining 10% of the total amount has to be paid at the time of handover.

• The remaining 20% has to be paid on notice of possession.
